There is a local fundraiser for Autism Awareness, November 8th, 2009 at the John Black Community Center from 1-4pm. All SEPTA members are invited to attend. There will be a lot of activities about Autism Awareness that day. There will also be a basket auction with all the proceeds to go toward scholarships for the Endeavor Program at Carriage House. The Endeavor Program is a year round, early educational program for young children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities.
